Get to know me
Thank you for visiting my website. Psychotherapy is a collaborative, enriching and challenging experience; it is a journey we would take together. I have over 25 years of experience supporting youth and adults to create communities of connection and care. Being a therapist allows me to bring all of these experiences into our relationship.
As a life-long educator and organizational leader, I most recently led the program design for a national non-profit focused on helping youth build healthy relationships. Prior, I was the Chief Academic Officer to scale and support the implementation of a national personalized learning program. Additionally, I spent almost a decade volunteering on a suicide prevention and crisis intervention hotline for LGBTQ+ youth.
All of these experiences included providing supportive spaces for people to create lives that are as healthy, connected and as successful as possible. And, as ever, along the way, I continued to study and learn. Today, I’m excited to meet and support you.
A longtime New York City resident, I live with my partner, Alice, and our adorable rescue dog, Bear. I’m also always trying to become a better guitar and mandolin player and aspiring to find as many ways as possible to make all my condiments from scratch.
